1Definitions and General Terms

• "Balance" refers to the total funds available in a member's account, including real funds and bonus funds, each tracked separately.
• "Bet" refers to any paid gaming activity carried out by a member using their account balance.
• "Wins" refers to the positive outcome received by a member from a successful bet, in accordance with the rules of each respective game.

These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between the member and yyr123. By accessing or using the platform, the member confirms they have read, understood, and agreed to the entirety of this document and any other policies referenced within it, including Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming.

2Eligibility and Account Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

Owning more than one account — whether done independently or with the help of another party — is a violation that will result in all associated accounts being blocked.

2.3 Valid Registration Data

Members are required to complete the registration form with accurate, complete, and verifiable information. Using a false name, fictitious ID number, or another person's data without authorization is a violation that may result in account closure and balance forfeiture.

3Account Security and Password

Members are fully responsible for the security of their accounts, including keeping their username, password, and OTP codes confidential. yyr123 will never request login information through any channel outside the platform's official interface.

4Deposits and Payment Methods

Yyr123 provides a range of deposit methods available to members in Indonesia, including local bank transfers (BCA, BNI, BRI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga), digital wallets (GoPay, OVO, DANA, ShopeePay), and other methods available on the deposit page.

• Deposits may only be made using a bank account or digital wallet registered in your own name, matching your verified KYC details.
• Deposits from accounts held in another person's or third party's name are not permitted and may result in funds being held for investigation.
• Yyr123 does not charge deposit fees; however, some banks or digital wallet providers may apply transfer fees on their end.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected method and are clearly stated on the deposit page.
• Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance once the transaction is confirmed by the system — typically within minutes for bank transfers and instantly for digital wallets.

5Withdrawal

Yyr123 is committed to processing withdrawals quickly and at no additional cost. The following terms apply to all withdrawals:

5.1 General Withdrawal Terms

• The withdrawal destination account must be in exactly the same name as the KYC-verified yyr123 account.
• Withdrawals to an account under a different name — including a spouse's or family member's name — cannot be processed.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• Yyr123 does not charge any withdrawal fees for all available payment methods.

5.2 Processing Time

• Local bank transfer: generally 3–10 minutes after the request is approved.
• Digital wallets: generally 1–5 minutes after the request is approved.
• Your first withdrawal requires KYC verification, which may take an additional 15–30 minutes.
• Large withdrawals or those requiring additional security review may take up to 24 hours to process.

6Bonuses, Promotions, and Rollover Requirements

Yyr123 offers a variety of bonus and promotion programs for both new and loyal members. All bonuses are subject to the following terms:

• Every bonus has a rollover (turnover) requirement that must be met before winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn. The rollover amount is stated on each relevant promotion page.

7Game Rules and Integrity

• Confirmed bets and games that have already started cannot be cancelled or modified by the member.

9Account Suspension and Closure

Yyr123 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close a member's account if a violation of these Terms and Conditions is found. This action may be taken without prior notice in cases of serious violations.

Temporary suspension may occur under the following conditions:

• Account is currently undergoing identity verification or a security investigation.
• Some withdrawal requests require additional manual review.
• The member personally submits a temporary self-exclusion request through the Responsible Gaming feature.

Permanent closure is carried out when serious violations are confirmed, such as fraud, money laundering, systematic bonus abuse, or use of the platform by underage individuals. In such cases, the account balance may be forfeited and will not be refunded.

10Limitation of Liability

Yyr123 is not responsible for:

• Financial losses incurred by members as a result of consciously made gameplay decisions.
• Service disruptions caused by factors beyond yyr123's control, including natural disasters, telecommunications network outages, or unavoidable cyberattacks.
• Losses arising from delays or failures in third-party systems such as banks or digital wallet providers.
• Consequences of unauthorized platform access resulting from a member's failure to secure their account.

Yyr123's maximum liability to a member, under any circumstances, shall not exceed the total funds held in the member's account at the time of the incident giving rise to the claim.

11Responsible Gaming

Yyr123 believes entertainment should stay fun and in control. Our platform provides a range of tools to help members play responsibly:

• Daily/Weekly/Monthly Deposit Limits — Set your own maximum deposit limit for a given period.
• Session Time Limit — The system will remind you when you have played beyond the session duration you set for yourself.
• Temporary Self-Exclusion — Block access to your account for a set period (7 days, 30 days, or 90 days) whenever you feel you need a break.
• Permanent Account Closure — If you decide to stop entirely, our team will process your permanent account closure request within 24 hours.

12Changes to Terms and Conditions

Yyr123 reserves the right to modify, update, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email and/or in-platform notification at least 7 calendar days before the changes take effect.

By continuing to use the platform after changes take effect, members are deemed to have accepted and agreed to the updated terms. If a member disagrees with the changes, they may close their account before the effective date of those changes.
